Partner

David is known for his friendly attitude, approachability and high quality of legal advice. Although equally at home in other areas of private client work, David’s area of specialism is conveyancing. David also acts as Attorney and Guardian to many of his private clients. A graduate of Glasgow University (with a first class honours degree), David is also a Notary Public and Writer to her Majesty’s Signet.

John Mitchell

Although not a local resident, John knows Crieff well, as he undertook his legal traineeship here following graduation from Glasgow University (where David Geddes was a classmate). Having worked for leading commercial firms in Glasgow, we are delighted to have John bringing his vast expertise in the field of commercial property law to the Firm.

Claire is a Solicitor with over 5 years of legal experience in the Crieff area. Claire can guide you through difficult times and can provide legal advice on Wills and Estate Planning, Powers of Attorney and Executry Administration. Claire also undertakes residential and rural conveyancing as well as miscellaneous legal queries.

Vikki has dealt with personal injury claims for more than 30 years and has not only worked for international insurance companies but was also the Senior Claims Manager for a large compensation management company for over 30 years. Catherine has worked for David Geddes since 2000 and has a wide legal knowledge including Cashroom procedures. Having qualified as a Conveyancing Paralegal in 2007, Catherine combines years of experience with a superb local knowledge valued by many clients and deals principally with David’s residential conveyancing transactions. Also assisting David in relation to his commercial transactions, Catherine can guide you through all aspects of property sale and purchase.

Emma has now worked with Irving Geddes for over five years and has experience across a breadth of legal matters. Emma can assist you with the preparation of Wills and Powers of Attorney and can guide you through the administration of an Executry Estate. Emma is known by many clients and works closely with David, assisting him with a variety of transactions.
