David Geddes | Partner
David is known for his friendly attitude, approachability and high quality of legal advice. Although equally at home in other areas of private client work, David’s area of specialism is conveyancing, with Commercial transactions forming the bulk of his workload. David also acts as Attorney and Guardian to many of his private clients.

Shona Geddes | Partner
Shona advises on a range of private client matters including wills;  trusts; powers of attorney & guardianships; nursing home care costs; charity law  and lifetime  & inheritance tax planning.  In addition, Shona is responsible for external marketing.

Leanne Gordon | Trainee Solicitor
Leanne joined the firm as a Trainee having completed her Law degree and Diploma in Legal Practice at the University of Edinburgh .  Prior to undertaking her legal studies Leanne worked for a Private Client firm of Solicitors in Edinburgh during which time she completed both a Business Studies degree and a Paralegal qualification specialising in Wills, Trusts and Executries.

Andrew McIntyre | Cashroom
Andrew is responsible for overseeing all cash room work.

Catherine Rennie | Paralegal
Catherine deals mainly with residential conveyancing transactions and also assists David Geddes in relation to his commercial transactions. Catherine combines years of conveyancing experience with a superb local knowledge, valued to many clients.

Pamela Mitchell | Legal Secretary
A  highly competent legal secretary with many years of experience , Pamela assists Shona Geddes with her legal work.

Jane Wallace | Legal Secretary
Jane is an experienced Legal Secretary who assists David Geddes with his legal work.

Wendy Cunsolo| Legal Secretary
Wendy is an expereienced Legal Secretary who assists Shona Geddes with her legal work.

Drummond Cargill | Property Manager
Head of our Property Department, Drummond oversees all property services provided by Irving Geddes.  Drummond is often praised for his professionalism and dedication. He has a sound knowledge of the local market combined with a wealth of experience in estate agency and is ably supported by his property team colleagues.

Gary Robertson | Property Manager
An integral part of our property team, Gary works closely with Drummond to achieve a high quality of service for our clients. With many years experience in estate agency and high technical capability in the areas of photography and design, Gary can guide you through the sometimes stressful process of selling your home or another property.

Ursula McCall | Property Advisor
Ursula is based in our Comrie office and advises clients and potential purchasers in relation to our full range of property services. Ursula also produces our in-house marketing materials and property schedules.

Roxanne Bell | Leasing and Factoring
Roxanne is responsible for overseeing all leasing and factoring administration. She works closely with our landlord clients, advising them of their legal rights and resposibilities. She is based in our Comrie office.

Margaret Wright| Property Advisor
In addition to advising in relation to our property and marketing services from the Crieff office, Margaret acts as receptionist in Crieff and deals with all initial enquiries, via telephone and in person.
